New in 2021, the Weber Summit Kamado replaces the Weber Summit Charcoal Grilling Center.

"Kamado" is a traditional Japanese word for stove and has become synonymous with a ceramic egg shaped grills, Weber's new Kamado BBQ offers you all the advantages of a ceramic barbeque with none of the limitations and drawbacks.

Extremely versatile, with a Summit Kamado you can grill, roast, bake, smoke and sear. Simply put, you can do everything on the Weber Summit Kamado E6 - smoking, roasting, baking and of course, grilling. Not forgetting that with Weber's new innovative GBS system this BBQ is incredibly versatile and can be used with lots of accessories including a griddle, wok, dutch oven, poultry roaster and the pizza stone.

KEY FEATURES:

AIR-INSULATED DOUBLE-WALLED LID & BOWL
The double wall construction enables the barbecue to encapsulate warm air, which then acts as an insulator. In addition, both the lid and bowl include an inner liner. With this, less fuel is needed as the barbecue holds the temperature. The lid liner is made of aluminium to make the lid lighter and to optimise heat reflection. Furthermore the lid is hinged and has a spring, which makes it extremely easy to open and close the lid.

RAPIDFIRE LID DAMPER
When fully open the lid damper provides a chimney starter effect - making it possible to start the barbecue quickly. The lid damper works like a traditional Weber lid vent, but because of the hinged damper design, the airflow can be boosted, so that temperature is increased quickly and it gives you ultimate temperature control.

SMOKE / LOW-AND-SLOW VENT SETTING
New smoke setting on the One-Touch cleaning system makes it easy to get the right airflow when smoking. Place the handle at the smoke icon - then the vents will allow the exact, minimal airflow that is needed to keep the barbecue in the smoke zone. Together with the diffuser plate this function turns the barbecue into a smoker with the optimal airflow.

COOKING GRATE
61cm Stainless Steel Gourmet BBQ System Cooking Grate gives an XL cooking area. The removable centre section can be interchanged with various GBS accessories that include a griddle, pizza stone, sear grate, wok, dutch oven and poultry roaster.

TWO-POSITION FUEL GRATE
The two-position fuel grate provides flexibility whether you are smoking, grilling at indirect heat or searing over direct heat.

The fuel grate can be set in two positions:
1. For Smoking with the Low-and-Slow Vent setting.
2. For direct and indirect heat.

DIFFUSER PLATE
The diffuser plate is comprised of 2 layers of stainless steel riveted together. These layers of steel enclose an air gap, which helps regulate the temperature within the cooking chamber. The diffuser plate helps maintain consistent low temperatures for slow cooking, and the durable air-insulated stainless steel construction will also stand-up to high temperatures.
