The Weber Genesis II E-310 GBS has GBS cooking grates which makes for a truly versatile cooking experience. You simply remove the central section of the cooking grate and add in a Weber Gourmet BBQ System accessory of your choosing; Pizza Stone, Griddle, Wok, and much more. This opens up a world of possibilities meaning you can always impress, whether its pancakes on the Weber Griddle for breakfast, steaks on the Sear Grate for dinner, or bread and cake on the Pizza Stone for desert!
GS4 High Performance Grilling System featured on all Weber Genesis II series gas barbecues. This is an innovative grilling system with four key components:
- Infinity Crossover Ignition - The grill lights first time, every time - backed up by Weber's 10 year warranty.
- Stainless Steel Burners - These new high tech burners ensure constant heat, the unique tapered shape ensure a consistent gas flow from front to back for even heat distribution.
- Stainless Steel Flavorizer Bars - Perfectly angled to catch fat drippings which provides the smoke and sizzle for BBQ flavour.
- Grease Management System - Reducing the risk of flare-ups, excess fat is cleverly funnelled away from the flames and into a drip tray liner which can easily removed and replaced.
The Genesis II is also Weber iGrill 3 Compatible (Sold Separately). This mobile app connected feature allows you to monitor the ambient temperature of your Weber BBQ and also the internal temperature of your food. Once you've downloaded the Weber iGrill app, connect your device and run up to 4 thermometer probes.
Extremely dense Porcelain Enamel Cooking Grates; great for holding even and high temperatures, ae perfect for searing and enhancing the flavour of whatever you decide to cook. This is coupled with a Tuck Away Warming Rack offers huge versatility and allows you to keep food warn or toasts burger buns, as the main meal grills below.
The BBQ features an Open Cart Design, providing good space to store your Weber Accessories. This open cart design along with Side Tables with integrated tool hooks also mean everything you need will always be close to hand.
