The built-in thermometer lets you know exactly what temperature the 19mm cordierite stone floor has reached to make sure you are at the perfect temperature to get cooking. Dense layers of insulation between the outer casing and inner shell allow for open-door cooking with minimal heat loss so you don't need to worry about dropping temperatures when putting in, or taking out pizzas, while the safe-touch silicone jacket means the Roccbox is family friendly. 

The Roccbox features a robust, precision engineered construction throughout with 304 grade stainless steel, replicating the performance of Gozney's restaurant ovens.
