Assembly Pre-Delivery Service (build and deliver)

The perfect choice if you would like us to build your BBQ for you. 

How it works

Your BBQ will be assembled by a Weber Expert in North London and then dispatched to you via a courier. 

If you're local then we'll use a local courier service
You must ensure that you are available at the point of delivery to assist the driver offload the BBQ from the delivery vehicle.

The driver is only required to deliver to the property itself and is not obliged to transport through the property.

Deliveries outside of London are not currently available.

Your built BBQ will be securely palletised for safe transit and then dispatched via a national courier service for delivery. In some cases the BBQ may need to have one side table detached for safe transit. This will require attaching when the BBQ arrives. 

Palletised deliveries are delivered "kerb-side" only. 

The palletised delivery service is provided by Palletline.

We do not expect the driver to assist you at the point of delivery with the handling/moving of the delivery into your home/garage/porch.

Please ensure that you have the means to deal with the large heavy nature of the item that you have ordered.

You are also responsible for the pallets/packaging and we ask that you dispose of this responsibly (up to three pallets per BBQ).

Deliveries must be signed for.  

This service not subject to our next working day or nominated day delivery guarantee which we offer on all orders placed for un-built boxed Weber BBQs. Once your BBQ has been assembled as part of this service, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
