The Gozney Dome Door allows you to turn your Gozney Dome into a slow roaster or bread oven with a rope seal and adjustable vents for maximum control. Ceramic Coated 304 steel and double walled for superior retention of heat. This gives you full control over the amount of smoke or steam in your Dome to create the perfect cooking environment for whatever you have in mind.
Do not install the door while the gas burner is lit. Always make sure the gas flame is extinguished and the gas dial is in the off position before installing the door.
