Spicentice Chimichurri BBQ RubThe word Chimichurri goes way back to 1783 and has both Spanish and Argentinian influences.
The sauce of that name came later and you'll love our easy recipe: Simply mix 1 finely chopped onion with 2 tbsp of chimichurri rub, 2 tbsp olive oil, 3 tbsp red wine vinegar, 2 tbsp lemon juice and 50ml water for a fabulous Chimichurri salsa-style sauce. Spoon it generously over grilled steaks for a true Argentinian style BBQ feast!
You could also use it as a marinade for grilled meats, chorizo sausages or roasted veggies.
Each Chimichurri Rub contains:
Smoked Paprika, Salt, Parsley, Oregano, Garlic, Black Pepper, Thyme, Chilli, Onion.
