Weber® Large Roasting Shields allow you to roast on your Weber® Q Series barbecue.

These shields deflects heat away from pieces of food on the grill, allowing you to cook at a lower temperature for longer periods of time leaving your food roasted to perfection.

Designed to be used in conjunction with the Weber® Q Large Roast Rack (sold separately).
