Efficiently keep the briquettes to the side of the barbecue when cooking using indirect heat.

They attach to the charcoal grate and can be placed where desired, so you get precisely the vacant area under the food that you need.

The two-zone heat created by using the charcoal rails allow you to be able to sear food on the direct region and then move to the indirect area to fully cook through, or alternatively place large pieces of meat on the indirect region to cook them low and slow.
