We are extremely fortunate to be situated in London with great food markets on our doorstep. We revisited The Billingsgate Fish Market because we spotted some great deals there last time out. This lobster was just over half a kilo and set us back £11 - not bad!
We basted this liberally with garlic and tarragon butter, served simply with a big juicy squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Delicious.
