Angus & Oink - Korean Cucumber Kimchi Salsa

This delicious salsa accompanied some Korean rubbed pork tenderloins and they were seared each side over direct heat. We slapped the tenderloin onto the indirect area (i.e. away from the heat source) at a temp of around 180C and we targeted an internal meat temp of 62C.
