For our Around the World in 80 BBQs journey we like to experiment with both complex and simple dishes to help you make the most out of your Weber BBQ. The winning formula for us however is to find a dish that both simple to create and very rewarding to eat. This week, we think we've cracked it. Fat juicy prawns, an electric orange dry marinade of less than five ingredients, simply grilled using a cast iron griddle for even searing and colour. Serve simply with a squeeze of fresh lime juice. We recommend you enjoy this as a starter with a crisp asian beer. |
