Directions (DIRECT METHOD):
- Dry roast the black pepper, dry coconut, cardamom, cinnamon and cloves till the coconut turns brown.
- Lastly, add the cashew nuts and tomatoes.
- Grind this into a fine paste, adding a little water.
- In a Weber Wok, pour oil and add the cumin seeds. Sauté it till dark brown.
- Now add finely chopped onions and sauté till the onions turn brown.
- Add the fine paste which you made, red chilli powder, coriander powder, ground masala and salt.
- Let this cook for a while. Add water to get desired consistency and add paneer cubes.
- Add some double cream, and let it cook for more 5-10mins.
- Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
