We learnt this recipe during a Weber BBQ training course some years ago and it is genuinely brilliant. This simple recipe is easy to BBQ, makes you
look like a phenomenal cook among your friends, and is pretty healthy too! I was cooking for myself last night and made enough to load the leftovers
into tupperware to cover me for lunchtime for the rest of the week.

We'd recommend you buy a Weber GBS Wok or Weber GBS Dutch Oven for this recipe as the cast iron gets extremely hot, allowing you to fry your
onions and quickly cook a large amount of minced beef; rendering down the mince's fat, creating some incredible flavours.

This recipe near enough allows you to bung everything into your Wok, close your Weber BBQ lid and every now and then, give it a good stir.

Step 1 - Roughly chop you onions, red chilis and garlic and put the onions into a preheated Wok or Dutch Oven in your BBQ at about 220°C.

Step 2 - Add in your beef mince and try to mash it up using a wooden spoon.

Step 3 - Once your mince has browned, add your garlic and red chilis and stir.

Step 4 - Add everything else into the wok from your ingredients list and give a good stir.

Step 5 - At this point, your Wok or Dutch Oven will almost be full to the brim. Close the BBQ lid and revisit every 15 minutes.

Step 6 - You need to reduce down some of the liquid which should take about half an hour to 45 minutes.

Step 7 - Serve
