We learnt this recipe about 12 years ago when we went to a Weber training day and to this day, it's still a great recipe to teach people new to the BBQ world.  The results from this are superb and really easy to execute.  The only difference between this now and when we first learnt it is, REVERSE SEAR - this adds more smoke and a whole new dimension!  If you don't know what Reverse Searing is, then check out here.
