74001 - Boxed 1988 Weber One Touch - Two Tone Red (K Reg)

This is a beautiful time capsule from 1988 that has never been used and has lived in its box for 35 years.

This is a two tone 57cm. Like all One-Touch Kettles, the 57cm offered exclusive patented One-Touch System, as well as an improved ash catcher. The free colour cookbook is packed with mouth-watering barbecue tips and ideas and this is all included still in the box.

This Weber Classic includes the full contents, with original packaging. it has never been assembled.  The hardware pack can be seen in the box and is still sealed i.e. never opened. This is a thing of beauty. There are a couple of imperfections - one on the lids rims where the black base layer enamel shows - someone did not fully enamel this in red at production.  There is also a small nick inside the lid where the damper is attached as well as a few scratches and small dents on the legs.  The lid also pinches tightly onto the bowl, which might not be 100% right, but was probably inside the tolerance level at point of production.

It is an absolute beaut and you will not see many like this, still in it's box.  This box is original but we have refurbed the inside of it slightly to offer the BBQ more protection as the box has weathered over the years.

You are covered by our 1 year warranty, and not covered by the manufacturer's warranty but we expect many many more years of great performance on this BBQ. This item has been priced to consider all of the above.

Delivery of this BBQ - Within the local area to us (London, N11 2EL) will arrive as a single person delivery on a long wheelbase van and someone will need to be present to accept delivery and assist in off-loading from the van.

Deliveries outside of London: The item will be delivered on a pallet on a kerbside delivery service, so you will need to be able to unload the BBQ yourself from the pallet.
