I’ve ordered the wrong product by accident, can I return it and order a new one and get my money back?
Yes
- There is a £10 charge for initial delivery and a £10 charge for collection.
- Conditional upon product being received intact.
- A new order is placed
- Then a refund can be processed.
Can my purchases be delivered overseas?
- Yes, but there is an extra delivery charge and it only applies to accessories. We do not ship barbecues overseas.

I’ve missed the 13:00 cut off time but really need the order to get to me tomorrow is there anything I can do?
- We can sometimes get deliveries out next day even when ordered after 13:00 so its always advisable to call us on 0844 418 0652.
Can you deliver on a Saturday?
- Yes, but there is an extra £25 delivery charge.
Can you deliver before noon?
- Yes, but there is an extra £25 delivery charge, call us for details.
Can I have my order delivered one week from now?
- Yes we can hold orders until a suitable day for delivery
Do you supply gas for your barbecues?
- We sell the gas for the Q120 and Performer (Post 2005 models)

My order was getting shipped by Royal Mail and hasn’t arrived yet?
- Royal Mail does can take up to 15 working days to deliver packages, however all our packages are mailed via special delivery so they can be tracked.
I want to order some spare parts but I don’t remember the model name of my barbecue.?
- If you call us on 0844 418 0652 we will be happy for you to describe your barbecue to us to work out the correct model.
My order has arrived but one of the products is damaged. What can I do?
- We require a photo of the damages emailed to us at support@wowbbq.co.uk .
- Once photo evidence has been received we can organise a replacement for the damaged part.
